Virtual Contact Card — Save to Phone Contacts, Edit Any Time
A virtual contact card is an editable web profile that people save straight into their phone contacts. They open your link or scan your QR code, press the save button, and your name, number, email and company arrive as a standard vCard. You can edit the profile later without changing the link.

Buying in the United Kingdom
For customers in the United Kingdom, Brand Presence costs £45 and Business Add-ons £90, each a single payment in pounds sterling with nothing to renew.
Details you publish are covered by the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018; the regulator is the ICO.
Ideas for UK work: recruiters can paste the link into LinkedIn messages after a screening call; consultants who meet public-sector and corporate clients on Teams can keep the QR code on their background; and agencies quoting by email can add it under the quote, so the client saves the right number before the work starts.
Tip for UK teams: if your company manages Outlook signatures centrally, ask IT to add one line with your profile link rather than replacing the approved template.
Everything is supplied online and nothing is posted. After payment is confirmed, your order is recorded for profile set-up, which is not instant.
Local questions
- Will it work for clients who use Outlook and Teams?
- Yes. The link sits in an Outlook signature and in Teams chat like any other web address, and the QR code can go on a Teams background. Your contact only needs a browser or a phone camera.
- Is VAT included in the price?
- The checkout shows the final amount you will pay before you confirm. The plan price on this page is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
- Can I keep my mobile number off my profile?
- Yes. You choose which fields are public, so you can show a work email and booking link and leave your personal number off.
- Will it work in my Outlook signature?
- Yes. Paste your profile link into Outlook’s signature settings, or add your QR code as an image. Our email signature guide walks through Outlook step by step.
Saved into a phone in one step
The most common thing people do after meeting you is try to save your number. A virtual contact card makes that one step: the profile has a save-contact button that downloads a standard vCard file, which iPhone Contacts, Android contacts apps and desktop address books such as Outlook can import.
Your name, job title, company, mobile number, work email and website arrive in the right fields, spelt the way you wrote them. Nobody has to type your details from a screenshot or guess which of three numbers in an email signature is your mobile.
Editing your details after people have saved you
A vCard that someone has already saved is a copy: their address book does not change by itself when you update your profile. What does change is the profile behind your link and QR code.
When you change role, number or company, edit the profile once in your dashboard. Anyone who opens your link again — from an old email, a saved chat or your QR code — sees the new details and can save the updated card. That is far easier than sending a correction to everyone you have met.
When something important changes, mention it in your email signature or a short message with your link, so people know to save the new version.
What to put on a card people actually save
Keep the saved card short and accurate: your name as you want it to appear in someone's phone, your role and company, one mobile number, one email address and a booking link. Add a clear photo so you are easy to recognise in a contacts list.
Before you share it widely, save your own card on an iPhone and an Android phone to check how each field appears, then fix anything that looks wrong in the dashboard.
If you work across more than one market, keep one card and write your role in the language most of your contacts use. You can change it later without breaking the link.
How buying works
Step 1 — Choose a plan on this page. The price shown is a one-time payment.
Step 2 — Complete checkout. After payment is confirmed, your order is recorded for profile set-up, which is not instant.
Step 3 — Build your profile in the dashboard: details, links, logo and colours.
Step 4 — Save your QR code to your phone and add your link to your email signature, so people can save you from either.

- The same profile seen from the saving side: a vCard people add to their phone contacts.
- virtual business card link
- The permanent web address of the profile, for signatures, invites, proposals and LinkedIn.
- virtual business card QR code
- The scannable code for the profile, for video backgrounds, slides and webinars.
- sharing by message

Frequently asked questions
- Does a saved contact update automatically when I change my details?
- No. A saved vCard is a copy in the other person's address book. Your profile link and QR code always show your latest details, so anyone who opens them again can save the updated version.
- What happens when my job or number changes?
- Edit the profile in your dashboard. The same link and QR code show the new details, so anything you have already shared opens the current version.
- Is this a subscription?
- The plans on this page are one-time payments, shown next to the price before you check out. Nothing renews automatically from that purchase.
- How do I receive it?
- Online. Nothing is posted: after payment is confirmed, your order is recorded against the email address you gave at checkout for profile set-up, which is not instant. Once your profile is ready, you sign in and add your details. To check on your order, contact us and quote that email address.
- What is the difference between the two plans?
- Both give you the editable profile, link, QR code and vCard download. The higher plan adds the business features listed in the plan selector on this page.
