1. Use of Services

Virtual Business Cards provides a platform to create, customize, and share digital business cards, including optional NFC-enabled physical cards. By using our services, you agree to use them lawfully and responsibly.

2. Pricing & Payments

We operate on a one-time purchase model unless stated otherwise. Prices include applicable taxes and may vary by region.

1. No recurring billing
2. Optional add-ons or upgrades may incur additional charges
3. Secure payment gateways are used for all transactions

3. Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the customizable and non-returnable nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for digital cards once created or activated.

4. Return & Shipping Policy (NFC Cards)

Shipping:

1. We ship NFC cards to select regions using standard courier partners.
2. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and typically delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on location.
3. Tracking information will be provided via email.

Returns:

1. Physical NFC cards are eligible for return only in the case of:
   1. Manufacturing defects
   2. Wrong product delivered
   3. Damage during transit

Return Conditions:

1. Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
2. Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be covered by us in case of a valid claim
3. Refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days upon inspection

Note: Cards customized with user branding/text are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content (designs, logos, software) is owned by Virtual Business Cards. Users retain rights to personal content uploaded to their own cards.

6. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate your access for any misuse, breach of terms, or violation of applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Virtual Business Cards is not liable for:

1. Losses arising from misuse of the service
2. Third-party integrations or external links
3. Downtime or service interruptions beyond our control

Use of our platform is at your own risk.

8. Third-Party Tools

You may link your card with tools like Calendly, Google Maps, Mailchimp, WhatsApp, etc. Use of these integrations is governed by their respective policies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of UK. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in UK.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of our site implies acceptance.
